We have had our boat for about a year now and we still don't have a nome. It is an 18ft fourwinns. The last episode of Monk emphasized how ridiculous and confusing people are when talking on wireless headphones. How do you know if they are talking on the phone or to you. Do you think there needs to be some universal method of indicating you are on the phone? How about a bright blinking red light on the ear piece when in use.

i have had a best friend for as long as i can remember. she has never missed any of my parties, and i've never missed any of hers. yesterday i had my birthday party. i already knew she couldn't come because she had sports practice, but my other friend could come. i called the person that couldn't come this morning and her mom picked up and she said she had spent the night at her friend's house- the girl who was at my party! do you think that this is rude or am i just overreacting? please let me know.

i have downloaded a bit torrent file from the bit torrent site,so am i right in thinking i now need to download and install the bit torrent program
so once i have installed do i find the downloaded torrent file and then download the file using the bit torrent program...am i correct so far?
when is the best time to scan the file for viruses ect,and how safe is bit-torrent on a scale of 1 to 10

My husband I recently separated. Our 3 1/2 year old has been suffering from terrible separation anxiety ever since. She sees her dad often, but whenever I leave her with him, or at daycare or other people she knows, basically when I leave her period she gets very upset. She won't sleep in her bed at night, she is glued to my hip all the time. This has never been an issue before. HELP! I need a break and she needs some reassurance. Her father and I have spoke with her and told her mommy is not going to leave her...obviously this isn't working. Any ideas how to calm her down and reassure her?
