A neighbor's son came over with this laptop & wanted to know if I could get the USB port working.

Checked Device Manager & there is NO listing of USB, so I did a Find New Hardware & it found nothing.

Checked Toshiba's website for info and\or drivers, nothing was mentioned about USB support\driver...

I did download & install EVERY update available for the laptop, but still no USB is listed & the USB port doesn't recognize anything I plug into it

I also did a "Add New Hardware Manually" & selected "Infrared" then selected "built-in laptop device" then I selected "Toshiba" & Windows loaded the software.

NOTE: This laptop has Infrared & USB port on one module that plugs INTO the motherboard.

Anyway, I rebooted & got a popup message "PCI Universal Serial Port found, click next to install driver" Which I did but it did NOT find a driver. I tried EVERY Folder & EVERY SubDirectory but still "No driver found"

Now the Infrared shows as working but STILL NO USB PORT!

For my AP art portfolio my concentration (the piece I am basing all of my paintings off of) is Cirque Du Soleil. Are there any suggestions for paintings out there? Is anyone a fan of Cirque that can help me? (P.S. ~ I can't use images from actual Cirque shows or websites....copyrights suck....)

It seems black people in America are falling behind. In urban cities, they score way lower than the national average. Is it because of gang influence and broken family structure? Does poverty play a role? I don't care if you think it's racist because face the freaking facts: More blacks end up in prison than in college. That's the truth. People these days want to be politically correct and are afraid to openly ask questions. Treat black people as human beings and like everyone else. They aren't any special than any other ethnic group. Every ethnicity has struggled, not just blacks. Why then are blacks falling behind academically?

I've been super exahusted lately, and very emotional. I feel run down allot, falling asleep is a huge problem for me. My husband left for Iraq and My family isn't being very supportive. Im living in an area that is 15000 miles form home, and I've only been here for a month. The other wives arent very nice, and Im having a great level of difficulty fitting in. Is it possible Im suffering from depression? If I talk to a therapist am I likely to be prescibed an anit-depresant? Is there a way to avoid that?
