I was talking with someone in an online game about religion, and he told the following story. When he was younger (a teenager), he purchased a microscope. His foster parents demanded he throw it out because they didn't believe in micro-organisms, and science in general.

Who teaches these people this nonsense? Are they going to hide under a rock forever crossing themselves?

I have come to the conclusion, that Divorce is my only option, but i'm unsure where to start and what to do?
we do have a child and agree I will have custody,besides the child theres nothing such as house savings or cars, are lawyers needed? what do i need to finalize it? where do I go to do it?

Well It runs in the family. I am 23. I have noticed that I have been drinking every single day. I have even been drunk at work one time last week. ( but I just wanted to do it because I thought it would be fun to do) I ALWAYS prefer to drink by myself. It keeps me company when nobody is around. I am actually going to drink again tonight.

But I don't think I'm an alcoholic, I drink because I want to and I think I can stop when I want.



plus, people see acoholics as losers, and I don't ever want to go through having everybody lable me.

anyways what do ya think.

oh, and also one more thing. I can honestly say that I can not live the rest of my life thinking I will not drink again. So I can't just give it up completely.

I mean, normal people can drink, "everbody" drinks, so why does it have to be a problem?

I just received a pre-approved Visa credit application, and was about to put it in the shredder when I thought to read it first.

At one point in the contract it says credit line: up to $5000, at another point it says if I meet the all the requirements I will receive an account with a line of credit of at least $300. Question which is the amount I that I will be granted to use?

At one point it says APR is 19.99% , but at another point it says APR will not exceed 29.99%. How do I know what rate I will be charged?

I have read the contract several times and my head is swimming. Should I proceed to the shredder? Thank you.

My son is two months old. I noticed that his scalp seems to be very flaky - but it's not yellow/crusty/greasy like cradle-cap. Is there a way to treat this? I've tried lotions and oils - they just seem to make his skin irritated. Also, my son had a bad case of infant acne that is clearing up - but now his skin just feels very dry and rough where the acne was - should I put lotion on it?
