Legally no, but might be able to fine an illegal copy somewhere on the net or in some P2P networks. Best thing to be is to upgrade from ME by buying an Xp Home disc from a computer shop cheap as Vista is not out and everyone is out to get rid of their "old" Xp Disks.

windows millenium has unfortunetly ceased to get support from microsoft so using this operating system is very unsecure and dangerous
you can still get copies of windows millenium from online stores such as ebay(http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MICROSOFT-WINDOWS-ME-MILLENNIUM-EDITION-UPGRADE_W0QQitemZ180089287523QQihZ008QQcategoryZ41889QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)and also some file sharing programs like limewire and bit torrent you can find copies
good luck
