You should not have a contraction, and it sounds better like this:

Other than what is listed above, many other ways exist to stop global warming.

You are overlooking a verb problem. Your sentence doesn't sound correct because "what's" (what IS) should be what ARE.
Though technically your sentence would then be correct, for the sake of its readability, I think the sentence would make even more sense if you wrote it this way:
There are many other ways to stop global warming beside those listed above.

There are many ways to stop global warming other than those listed above.
It woud be better to state the ways previously listed rather than saying those listed above. However, if there are many listed, use a colon and then give your responses.

It does if there is a sentence above concerning global warming.

It does, but that's always a hard thing to judge without having a context. Consider commenting with the entire paragraph so we can read it in context to make doubly sure!

Perhaps you could say something more sophisticated like, "These are not the only options; many experts are also suggesting x, y, and z." or "Just as the cause of global warming is complicated, so are the solutions; the methods of curbing this lethal trend I have already mentioned represent only a few of the options researchers are suggesting lately."
