while most people try to adjust their thinking to suit new ideas, i find some people just cant handle the fact that there is no big brother up in the sky to cuddle them. Could this be the reason why some people are joining very rigid forms of religions such as islam and scientology that actually takes control of their lives?
is it a way of trying to forget that fact that there is no external God to life, as sigmund freud wrote?
dont you think that god is more of an ideology thats internal to life than external?

We all know that numbers are symbols that point to somthing,but what are these symbols pointing to? take away the symbol for let's say the #2 what do you have? If we take away the anthropomorphic symbol for god than what do we have? can you point to it? take away the association secondary to god, can you still point to it? so what is god?

I work in a bar and last night i came across an out of state id. Delaware. we have a scanner and the id scanned but it did not have the UV light on the back. I have an 06 bar book with updated features but this id was issued in 2004. Does the 2004 delaware id react to UV light?

I was damn close to buying a PS3 about a week ago but I am not hearing many cries of joy. The local gamestore clerk said the thing is just not what it was hyped up to be. I have this serious crush on someone. I'm way to young for a relationship. I going to sorta ask three questions here. See, my crush sits next to a verry pretty girl in social studies, and i am in the same class, but not next to him. I see him talking to her a lot....but I don't know if I should be upset. Suppose an HP DVD-RAM rewritable drive will no longer recognize commercial DVDs. Still plays and records to CDs and data DVDs. Hypothetically speaking, if someone had used this drive to make a back-up copy of one of their own DVDs, could that have some how disabled the drives ability to play commercial DVDs?

What;s the best medicine that you have tried that will clear up severe cold symptoms like, stuffy nose, chest congestion and stuffy head. What have you tried that really works? I am using Thereaflu night time right now, but it hasnt seem to really do anything but help me sleep. What do you suggest? Any relief will help.
