I had a baby over almost 2 years. I HAD to watch what I ate, because I had the gestasional diabetes. I was in and out of the hospital. When my baby was born we both almost died and I had a 3rd degree tear. So i couldn't do cruches like most moms after the baby is born. Not to mention he was in the hospital for a month. I am SLOWLY losing the weight. I had a lady i have known since I was little and a toothpick say...OH MY GOD YOU ARE FAT!

A good friend of mine has recently come to me in desperation, she is 23 year old and pregnant with boy girl twins. Her parents are very religious people who don't believe in sex before marriage the whole nine yards and pretty much disowned her for her decisions she has made. Her fiance' walked out on her out of nowhere nobody seen that one coming, and now because she was living with him she has no place to go, I have been letting her stay with me when needed and what not, but what my question is how can I help her get the things that she needs for her children? I am willing to help her out financially with a few things, if anyone on here has any items that they are wanting to get rid of please let me know, I am more than willing to buy them off of you or what not, I just need to make sure that she is prepared for these children who are due in less than two months. She is a dear friend of mine and I really feel for her in her time of need. Thanks

im 16 years old im homeschooled and my best friend of 15 years died 6 months ago and im a total mess i stay up till 5-6am im alway tired no matter how much i sleep or how little i sleep i can concentrate on anything and im rarely hungry to top this all off my parents are divorced and between being home alone about 10-12 hours of the day i hear my dad talk crap about my mom whenever he is at home i do have a job thats the only time i see people

im thinking i will go to the doc soon tell him everything and then go to public school next year and finish my last year of school in public school to make sure im as smart as everyone else which im not dumb my IQ is above average i took an adult IQ test (should be over 18 to take this) and scored 124 a few points away from gifted do you think this is a good idea or do you think i should do something else if you do please let me know and please help im desperate and tired of feeling like worthless crap

P.S i spent most of my time on my PC

In sept ive been put on Celexa and ativan for Anxiety attacks like really bad ones everytime I went to class i had to come home with a feeling of anxiety. i was ok on the celexa but then found i felt better off of it my doctor is really busy so when i make an appt it takes like 4 weeks to get there and with my job i dont get tehre much, Anyway Since the last 2 weeks ive been leaving work early because i would ither feel sick and kind of dizzy which would lead to anxiety, i got a ct scan 2 mts ago came back fine , Lately sometimes i find it really hard to breathe like someones sitting on my chest I feel bad PRESSURE in my head sometimes in just my ears and since yesterday ive been getting a tight feeling in my jaw and today at work i got it and my tounge felt like it was swlelling for just a minute and ever since my cheeks feel swollen (Had gotten 2 back teeth pulled almost 2 years ago) Also sharp jabs in head.. PLEASE HELP ME!! Im so scared! and am driving myself insane. please...
