If you have decided that he is not worthy of you, and you want to move on with your life, then you can't dwell on it any more. Sounds like you still have doubts. If you are convinced that your relationship is over, then find something to do to fill the void in the time you would have spent together. When you find your mind wandering back to him, remind yourself that he's no good for you, and doesn't deserve you, and quickly find something to take your mind off him, call a friend,(and DON'T talk about HIM) go to a movie, go to the mall, something that will keep you from thinking about him. It's not easy to get over such a deep hurt. Try hanging out with some different people, not the same ones you two would be with together. Eventually, although it will still be with you, as time passes, you'll get used to not having him around and feel better about yourself for making the right decision. You deserve better, hold your head up, put a smile on your face, and keep busy!

Pain sucks. I know the feeling. It does ge better. Its a long road though. You WILL live. it WILL get better. not much to do but occupy yourself. I bummed for weeks and my friends finally came and dragged my *** out of the house to go to a great white concert then we hit the beach and they kept me so busy I didn't have time to sit around and think. that's the worst thing to do don't stay alone. dont sit at home. And don't hit the bottle or drugs or none of that crap. Go out have fun with FREINDS. Get laid it helps trust me. if he wanted you he wouldn't have cheated. you are right to be done with this. Im a guy and Im telling you this. he won't change if he loved you he wouldn't have done it in the first place. I have been through this too. time is the only thing that helps that and keeping your brain on other things.

You can try making new friends or not think about the happy moments. You can try finding more bad things about him hence overpowering the good feelings you have for him over his good points. It depends on what type of person you are.
Well, if you are at the early stage of heartbreak, nothing will work for you since the emotions are still so strong.
However, Time will heal everything my dear... If you wanna think about him, juz think. 1 day, you'll get so sick and numb and b4 you know it, he's out of your life.

Time can make it easier on you......you'll never forget.

For now, take time for yourself....don't date.
Hurt people tend to do things they later regret.

If you feel the urge to be wanted...then volunteer to help others.
Read to children at a hospital. Visit the elderly at a nursing home...etc.....

Keep busy, hang out with your friends and date other people. The less you think about him and see him the faster you will get over him.
