We know that thoughts are processed in the brain. Since the brain is a physical body part just like your stomach, liver, and lungs are it is essential that the brain be healthy for optimal function. For example, if your lungs were unhealthy due to cigarette smoking your breathing would be more difficult. In the same way, your brain if it is unhealthy, can cause your emotions (by chemical imbalances) to be unhealthy. However, due to traumatic experiences it causes chemicals your brain needs to function to be used up more rapidly than normal causing an imbalance. Optimal health then means having both a healthy brain (by exercise, good diet, vitamins) and optimal thinking (positive thoughts). Therefore, which one of these do you think is the ultimate cause of your negative feelings and/depression?

I remember cholesterols are fit within phospholipids bilayer( the hydrophobic tails region) so...i assume sterols are lipids?

I'm just curious here. I just started dating someone. I'm in my middle 20's. I'm a virgin. I'm not hoping for sex quickly or anything. It's just that a friend of mine told me that most people have sex at least within a month of dating, and if not the person might get bored. well....i am twenty years old i have a three year old daughter..my husband and i ar etrying to go for the secound one for over 3 months almost 4....i was suppossed to get my period on 10-17-06 but i dint i dint get my period for two months...i went to the doctor and told me to take some pills and i will get my period in 1 week ....and i did/....now it happen again my last Mperiod was on dec 27 06 and it is now 02-19-07 and still no period..is this normal...it had never happen to me before except on 10-17-06. Why is it that i am skipping two months of period.
PS- MY BREAST HAVE BEING HEARTING REALLY BAD LIKE WHEN I USED TO BREASTFEED..i took a pregnancy test yesterday 2-18-07 and it was negative---- what can i do to get precnant again ASAP
