I really wanna feel more confident and know that if I had to fight someone I could really do a number on them. Does anyone know the best type of martial arts for that?

I work as a manager for a credit company, i am working 12 hour days at the moment, bringing my work home as i dont have time to fit it all in at work! It will get easier when i am fully staffed but at the moment i am knackered, i never seem to have time with my hubby and kids, and there is a job vacancy just come up for a warden in sheltered housing where my parents are living, i am going to apply for it! It means selling our house to live in, but we would be better off financially, and i love the idea of looking after the elderly and making life a little easier for them, where i can! I may not get the job, but do you think i,m mad???

Question:

An atom of 49K has a mass of 48.965514 amu. Calculate the binding energy in MeV per NUCLEON. Use the masses:

mass of 1H atom = 1.007825 amu
mass of a neutron = 1.008665 amu
1 amu = 931.5 MeV

Correct answer: 8.424

ok, so this is what I tried:

1) Find mass defect, (19x1.007825)+(30x1.008665) - 48.965514 = .443111amu
2) Multiply that by 931.5 MeV...

As you can see, I'm not really sure what I'm doing. I'd appreciate any help, thanks!

I constantly have a red face, as if it was burnt by sun. And people always notice it.

I mean I use a gentle shaving lotion and I use gentle moisturizers and all, but my face is alwyas red.

And no, I am not exposed to sun - at all.

What to do about it?

I mean everyone I know has nice, white, smooth skin and mine is alwyas red and unevenly colored.
