You could have a miscarriage at any time, but it wouldn't be caused by sex.

Unless you have a problem pregnancy and the Dr. has instructed you not to have sex, then I would say no... Your cervix during pregnancy should be completely closed and during sex the penis does not go up into the cervix...When a woman gets pregnant there is a 50% chance of having a miscarriage....I have had 4 and 4 healthy pregnancies...Good Luck~

If you have a healthy pregnancy (no known risks) it is very unlikely. If you experience any pain you may want to hold off until you can check with your doctor. He can reassure you.
