please refer to my previous question...I'm not trying to take the teaching Assistant on or anything like that. In fact I would be perfectly happy keeping my opinions to myself...But there is a teaching Assistiant who feels like he must "inspire" you when that doesn't happen he feels like he must defeat you in some way. I have no problem with people having beliefs that differ from my own, only he is constantly using fallacious logic such as a strawman to attack arguments that he doesn't agree with, and then personal attacks when that fails... A teacher whom I respect once told me "if you argue with an idiot he is doing the same thing" so I try to just ignore him, but that is easier said than done when someone keep "calling you out.." Is it that this guy is too stupid to think properly; how can that be? Or, is it that he feels the need to use any means to strengthen his cause, but why would you want to defend something that you know to be false rather than learn yourself...

My friends just got a 55 gallon fish tank for their house and they are both guys so they don't want like 14 or 15 fish they want one really big one but they aren't home enough to like clean the tank evreyday. They don't have a heater right now but they are willing to buy one.

My poor little gerbil, Persephone, has a bald patch on the top of her head.. I'm pretty sure this is from it rubbing when she chews on the cage bars. She is housed in a 20gallon aquarium, but I have a panel of cage hanging from the back wall so that I could mount a wheel and water bottle for her. How do you attach these things with just aquarium glass? I tried to hang it from the roof but couldn't figure out how to do it properly.
I would like to get rid of the cage panel entirely because I am worried that if her nose keeps rubbing on the bars, it will irritate her skin, since some of the fur is gone now (will it grow back?) :(
She has a mineral chew thing, and a wood house, but she seems to prefer climbing the cage panel and chewing on it.

Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

I was inlove with this one guy, and he broke up with me because i hated big groups, i hate changing plans, and I hated parties. Bla bla bla. And now my bestfriend is going to them, which by the way she doesnt invite me too... so its not like i could start going to them anyways. It's not so much the fact that I hate them, its just that im super super super shy. And Im wondering if this is normal for a 17 year old girl? Because.. if im getting my heartbroken because I dont like big groups or parties , it makes me feel like theres something wrong with me, and like i deserved to get my heartbroken because im not good enough.

I am trying for MBA since last year but missed out due to financial reasons..not coz my parents couldnt afford it..but coz whenever it came to investing money in me or my brother's education they just kept silent..they can spend money on other things by managing from here and there but not on education..I have a very loving and caring fiance..he cares for everyone especially his family..he is all set to make his sister do MBA this year..when he told me this I felt so depressed and I just cant stop crying..I am not jealous but Im feeling lonely..nobody loves me..Im thinking about his sister she is so lucky..I have a younger brother and he doesnt even talk properly..I have no love from anyone..Though I know my fiance loves me..what is happening to me?please help.

This question is for anyone with the same problem or familiar with it. My TSH is 1.67 and Free T4 is at 1.2 (both normal), while my Free T3 is low and out of range at 2.35.

My endo says there's nothing to treat because of the normal TSH and worries about throwing me into a hyper situation, although I have all the hypo symptoms. He is willing to prescribe but I'm looking for information on which drug is best for this situation. What have you had the best luck with? He's talking Armour or Cytomel, assuming a further battery of tests comes out normal. I have read that there is controversy regarding Cytomel. I've also read that T3 on it's own isn't the best idea and that it should be a drug that contains both T3 and T4.

I'm trying to write a story about how the popularity of soccer in LA with be affected with Beckham's move. I was just wondering that because of his arrival, have the prices of the tickets increased? If so what were the original prices compared to recent ones? Also I would like to know how packed the Home Depot Center field is usually (before Beckham even announced his move)...was it packed? was there rarely any crowd, in comparison to what we'll experience in a few months.

If there are people from the LA area out there who wanna be interviewed (it's for a class) and answer some questions for me, just drop my a line..i really want to do phone interviews..

So, before I get started, I think it's worth mentioning that I live in a dorm. That being said... Last night, steaming hot water was coming out of our (hot) water faucets and the shower, and even the water in the toilet was warm/hot. It's not like you'd turn it on and it gradually got super steaming hot... Within a second of turning it on, there was steam. The plumber was called and now the faucet water is back to normal (still a little hot, but not melt-your-skin-off hot), but now the shower water is ice cold (even after running it for 10 minutes, with it turned all the way). On the floor below me, they had the same problem last night, but the shower is fine now. So, first, how does the water even get that hot in the first place, and second, what's going on with the shower now?

The guy i'm seeing is very needy and i find it a total turn off. He constantly txts and calls me,and if i dont answer in 5mins he will send another txt,he accuses me of cheating if i dont see him often enough and sometimes he calls/txts early hours of the morning.
