Hi, for the past 7 months I have been getting taxed quite a lot on the tax code BRM1. I assumed it was emergency tax, but it has been the same now for too long. I was wondering if anyone knew what this tax code meant, and if anyone knew of a way I could somehow get the tax back? First serious job out of university so dont know a lot about this sort of thing.

my daughter has just turned 16 and is really becoming very hard to control. i am a single mum with a 14 year old son at hom also. my husband and i separated 18 months ago and due to his girlfriends nasty calls to my kids they refuse to see their dad. which i understand has alot to do with my daughters behaviour as she is feeling let down by the dad she totally adores, but he will not believe that his new girlfriend is making these calls when our kids and i tell him. my daughter is going out on weekends and not coming home until the next day, she is lying about where she has been and where she is going. i also know that she has been drinking alcohol and hanging around with people who get into fights. i have had to get the police as other girls came to our home wanting to bash her and her friend, and she has friends over when i am out eating all our food and lazing around the house when they should be at school i am on a disability pension at present and can"t afford this please help me

I am a thirteen year old girl. The dreams are always different, but they are always scary. What bothers me most is after my nightmares I will wake up but I can not move and if I cant wake up I will go back into the nightmare. The scary thing is I can baraly open my eyes, but when they are open I can see my room and hear the noises that are in my room (like my cat eating her cat food). Its almost like im parolized or something. Can you tell me why, how and if you had the same problem?

Have been married for almost a year. Have a 4 month adorable baby. Given up a strong career to look after my baby.My husband was married before and he has a 6yr old boy. Since the baby I am finding it very difficult/intolerable to have a relationship with his boy. He stays with us 5 days in every two weeks.

Im embarrassed to mention this but I need help. I am having a very hard time dealing with things here......its a combination of seeing things and also my fiancee leaving me while I have been here just wishing I could get home to her everyday......Im getting to the point now were I can't take my mind off anything but what is bothering me and it is affecting my sleep, eating, and job performance. I leave for R&R in a week is there anyone I can talk to professionally that can help me and second if I reported back to my home base and checked into a mental health facility could I be court martialed or thrown in federal prison....I have only have 4 months left here but I am on month 9 and I am not well......please help if have any advise esspecially from military personnel

I have 2 6 month old kittens and they have been looking out the window forlornly. I have let them out a couple of times (only for 10 minutes with my supervision) but I would like to start letting them out more. I don't have a cat flap and I am at work all day. Is it safe to let them out all day and let them back in when I get home - therefore getting rid of the litter tray? If I get them used to this method will they need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night? so many questions.....!
