Now every few seconds I get a popup window that says :
Outlook Express could not be started. The application was unable to initialize the store directory. Your computer may be out of memory or your disk is full. Contact Microsoft support for further assistance. (0x80004005)
I looked for help on the outlook site and there was a note that gave instructions on how to remove one update but it also said if it's not done right you may loolse all contacts. This does not seem right to me. I know they just released Vista and a new office suite. Now they put out an update that screws up my PC every few seconds this widow pops up I can not get any work done. so What I am suposed to do??Take it in for repairs just to be told I need the new release put out by Microsoft and it will only cost me a couple hundred bucks. PLEASE someone tell me that there is a simpler solution.

does the belly go in and out?
or does the chest go up and down? (like superman)

.or does the whole thing expand on the inhale, and return on the exhale?

if you have a baby or small child they are a good way to find out.

I heard it on a yoga program once but dont remember which way they said.

It may be too late, but our family is desperate for respect from our two dogs. One is nine and the other is 12. They have largely always been disobedient dogs, but since my dad died they have seemed to have gotten much worse. He was the only one who could command any respect from them! They bark c-o-n-s-t-a-n-t-l-y, sometimes they just start barking for no reason. They sneak and steal food. They get in the cat's litter box. We are at our wit's end. The thing is, it sounds like we've always let them do what they want, but that isn't so. All of their lives we've tried to teach them and it's just NOT worked. We even took the older one to obedience school. When I try to command respect, like my dad did, the dogs don't take me seriously... but they act afraid of me. If I come into the room, the younger dog actually shakes. I'VE NEVER DONE A THING TO THESE DOGS. Secondly, why do they act afraid of me but still run rampant however they want? I don't get it. How can we find a happy solution?

dont understand guy in work. Everyone goes on at how shy/quiet he is but he gets on with the majority of women in his department yet is awkward/nervous and seems awkward round me which i dont know why as ive never made him feel like that. When were on workdos hes alright when we start talking and he does share personal stuff with me ie family stuff/problems.
He tells me about stuff going on in his office and how certain people are being slagged off. He must trust me at least. I do quite like him but his signals are mixed as when we do go on workdos its me inating convo with him yet he makes convo with the other gals of the office. I dont know what to make of his mixed signals. I also get the feeling sometimes that he feels uncomfortable if he has to sit by me. I dont know what ot do as in the beginning i thought he liked me but now im not so sure.
He has been trying to get a dvd back that he wanted to lend me but he keeps coming up to me and appologising for why he cant get it.

I like this guy and well he says he like a "challenge"! Well i don't really know what i'm suppose to try and be or anything. I mean i'm not going to change who i am. My 13 yr old daughter keeps lying to me. From big things like homework which of course is hurting her grades, she lies to me about using the phone, and little things like closing the box of cereal. I have talked to her about it. I have taken things away from her like her cellphone, the use of the home phone, using the computer. I am at a loss. To me she just don't care. It hurts me to keep taking things away from her and seeing her so unhappy. I am not sure whatelse I can do. I have explained to her how it makes me feel and how I can not trust her word because she lies so much. I have two other daughters one 12 and the other one 8. I don't want them to pick this up. Help!!!
