I need to know an exsersise that will get rid of my "HI JANE!" fat. The fat by your armpit that jiggles when you wave to someone. I don't really want to add anymore muscle just loose the unwanted fat. Can anyone help?

this is my first time on the pill(ortho tricycolen lo).I asked the lady at the clinic who presribed them to me when i should start taking them/She told me when i start my next period.I reminded her that i have weird periods,and that i sometimes skip.I told her that i was currently on my period,that it was my second day.So she told me to start taking them when i got them.I got them the next day(the third day of my period)it said to take the white ones first,so i did.i ended my period and i still had a couple white ones left,but i just kept taking the pills like normal.Is that okay? Is it still effective?

I have been going through some difficult times personally, & my co-workers are aware of it. We have a family member who is dying & we are the closest relatives, it has really taken a toll on my husband, who of course takes it out on me. I am a mother of 3 so that itself brings daily stresses. For the most part, people are being very supportive and caring. But I have this one co-worker, who sits right next to me, & in my opinion should know more than any other because she heres more; my phone coversations and such. However, she has seemed to use my down point as an oppertunity to bring herself up. She will ask me how my night went, & then go on to tell me how her boyfriend bought her this & bought her that, & how her house is so great, & her boyfriend tells her such wonderful things & what they ate for dinner & how she cooks so good & everyone raves over it - just on & on in such detail about how great her life is. It really bothers me, how do I get that across to her?

hello i have a YH-820MC Samsung Mp3 player.When i turn the mp3 player on it says "connect to pc and repair firmware with recovery utility"..i run the recovery utility and click repair device ..the recovery utility doesn't repair the device..it says that it completed sucessfully..but yet like i turn the player on again and it still says
