I have black speakers and they have black grill clothes. I see dust on them. I want to know if anyone know the appropriate way of cleaning it? Is it to Vacuum?

I use masking tape, because a vacuum cleaner doesn't work very well for me.
Wrap wide masking tape around your hand, sticky side facing out & gently pat the grill cloth.
They make lint rollers for clothing that does the same thing, but I haven't tried that.

I've always used a vacuum and have had no trouble at all.

remove the dust with a sandpaper. cover the logos and plastic areas. spray it with black paint.
