Hold a can of soup, walk right up face-to-face with a wall (or doorway) and put your elbow and tricep above your head and as flat against the wall as you can with your soup-wielding hand down behind you around your ear-neck-back area, then lift it up and bring it back down. Repeat a few times. Switch sides. Repeat. Work up to bigger soups or heavier weights.

Throw a tennis/base/softball with someone outside. Take a big step back every time you catch the ball. **This is kinda hard to work evenly, but go slow and maybe you'll pick up throwing with both hands! It's so much fun to do with a friend.**

don't listen to anyone who says work out the triceps. You cannot target train away fat. The best thing for getting rid of fat is cardio exercise like running or jogging, even power walking. Ask your doctor what is the best for your fitness level.

5 lb weights with alot of reps. About 20 at a time in reps, straight above your head and bend at the elbow supporting your arm with the other arm and then there is also where you stand and bend a lil at the waist and putting your arm behind you slightly and raising your arm. I don't think I described it well but there should be sites out there with photos and tips.

Tone up those triceps with some skull crushers or pull downs.
