i find im wet before sex really wet during it

Does anyone know how to find a good doctor? I am a person with multiple health issues and I have a new issue of PAIN.. crippling pain. It began in my back and now it has gone into my legs, arms, neck etc... I can hardly move. I've had all the tests, MRI, CScan, Xrays, blood test with no abnormal results other that moderate arthritis in my spine. this all began about 2 years ago. But when I go to my Dr. he looks at me like I am nuts and thinks that I am imaginating it all. What can I do. He just doesn't seem like he wants to help me, and I usually end up leaving his office in tears. I should probibly mention that I am Diabetic, I have pvc's and heart pauses, and Low immunity.

My boyfriend left me when I was 7 months pregnant with my son and I went into premature labor and had him at 32 weeks . I was so upset that he left me that I didn't give my son his last name! I gave my son my maiden name.Now my son is 11 years old and I would like to have it changed to his fathers name.I don't want anything from the father he hasn't helped at all up til now and I don't expect it ever. I just realized that he should have his rightful name like I had my fathers name.I should never have robbed him of that out of spite. I would appreciate any answers I can get THANK YOU

Also curious about other linux distributions. In windows, you double (left) click on icons to open files/folders, single click on links in web pages, and if you right click you get a menu. Also you can drag and drop with the left mouse button, select text/images, etc. Is any of this different in Ubuntu?
