Ask around for the fabrics/ beads/ thread section of the SM department store in SM Manila. This area is usually at the ground floor of an SM mall.
I haven't been to SM Manila lately but I'm sure they have this section since every SM has one. You're sure to find a zipper there.
But if in the rare chance that you don't...
Look for a Carolina's branch in the mall.
There's always a row of fabric stores in SM malls so just try to spot one store and you will probably get a zipper in at least one of those stores.
