I started exercising every day for an hour and have been eating pretty healthy (fruit, vegetables, yogurt, chicken, fish, cottage cheese) but haven't started any kind of structured diet. I have about 50 lbs to lose and would like to do so by the 4th of July. What is the best diet that would help me reach that goal?

What I mean about home based job, is that kind of job where I make use with the PC and internet. Such as Typing Job and etc...Where you only apply online and stuff like that and the only way that you are communicating between you and the company is only by internet..tnx

I am looking for something that will hold (lengthwise) two pieces of long fabric together like velcro or a zipper would, but I want the fabric to separate easily if pulled apart. Velcro holds too strong as it would require two hands to pull apart at a certain angle rather than opposite forces. It is also too bulky and I really don't want the lengthwise fastener to be noticeable. It would be best if it blended well and didn't cause much of a bump. Is there material out there that interlocks, or another type of fastener that might work? I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks!!

Hi,

My Toilet I think was installed incorrectly as it has a large horizontal pipe which goes all the way under the bath taking away the waste - with no decline from the toilet to the pipe to cause suction when I flush (Obviously embarresing if I have over guests- as I have to tell them to use a bucket). Anyway - I move in in two weeks and this is obviously a priority for me. Can anyone suggest a quick fix to something like this as opposed to replacing the toilet - which I will do at a later date - but as Ive just bought the property am a bit skint at the moment.
Any help appreciated....

Are there any cities in the NBA that really do not deserve to keep their team? All of the teams seem to be doing very well at the box office, so the fan support is definitely there in each market. If I had to choose, I would have to say Seattle; they're embroiled in an arena controversy of their own.

However, if there was a team out there that's looking to relocate; three cities which would instantly contend would be Kansas City, Oklahoma City and maybe Las Vegas. We'll know more about Vegas after the All-Star Weekend is finished and the NBA gives their reviews. However, I think Las Vegas if it is going to get an NBA franchise either through expansion or relocation, the city would have to replace the Thomas and Mack Center for a new arena with all the bells and whistles.

it's kind of early to ask but i'd like to know ahead of time. i live in maryland and at the end of august i will be leaving for missouri for college. i know that for 2007 it will make me a maryland resident and a missouri nonresident. ok here is where i get confused:

i plan to maintain maryland residency. home, license, car registered to maryland, etc. i will have a part time job while in college. can i have w/h taken out for md instead of mo?

also in 2008 will i have to claim residency in both states since i spent all of my time in mo, then just use the credit for taxes paid to maryland?

i think i just confused myself even more lol =(

I'm going on my honeymoon this summer and everyone tells me that I should use a travel agent. I was just wondering, are they really worth it?? I know that they are supposed to tell you of any hidden fees, but what kind of fees do you have to pay them?? I've never traveled before so I'm really new to this. If I've already found a couple of packages that I think are pretty good deals is it worth using one?

Are we made in His image? Then we must do what He does? We must give mercy to whom we will choose? Is that the Justice of God? Is this teaching moral?? Maybe we are confused and Blind and accept everything without discussion just because God said it? Can you see that only a people could write this ? Because the man is of that nature.
