i have had lower back pain off and on since the birth of my daughter nearly 3 years ago the pain spreads down my buttocks to the calfs in both my legs could it be somthing to do with the spinal i had when i had an emergency cesarian section

Check that you are getting enough calcium. A lot of women simply don't get enough. Magnesium too has a role. Both these minerals can be under-supplied in the modern diet and their lack can cause chronic aches and pains.

You could also take Evening Primrose oil which supplies essential fatty acids which most people are short of. You should also take a fish oil supplement.

Try cider vinegar, which is very helpful for muscle aches from strains and chronic inflammation.

Other than that, do see a specialist such as a chiropractor or nutritional therapist for professional help, as well as seeking advice from your doctor of course.

on a scale of one to ten 2!!! it hurt less than my ear lobes and healed in a week!! im the girl that screamed through a blood test so yeah i have no pain tolerance.... but seriously it does NOT hurt!!!!! your lip will swell for about a week but after the First day eating and talking are fine! i love my lip piercing and i think you should go for it im 14 and i got it done, 13 is fine!! don't listen to the idiots saying crap :) hollie x

You should have talked to your doc about this earlier and maybe it would've saved you a lot of suffering.I suggest you go see him now as he's the one who can tell you best.

It sounds like sciatica, I would consult a doctor, that can be very painful.
