Both families involved deserve compensation from the person who killed their children also justice . Too little of both are flowing their way and O.J. Simpson just keeps on flaunting it all in their faces. Something should be done now to make him pay the amount that the civil court awarded. What about the poor children who have to live with the fact that their father is a killer who took their mother away.

I don't know about the Goldmann family, but the Simpson family is very angry that their daughter, sister, etc. was murdered and they feel that OJ did it. Since he was acquitted in the criminal trial, their only way to punish him is through the civil courts - which they won.

what do you think that they would rather have 20 million dollars that OJ will never pay or thier son back, it doesn't matter that he may have been estranged from his son at the time that's why it hurts his father so much he may feel guilty for not setting things right before his son was murdered, but I do not for one minute think that Fred Goldman is a golddigger, he is a father that lost his son to an animal that now plays golf and writes "fictional books"

I don't think so! They want OJ to be punished for what he did, since the justice system let him go, this is the only option that they have. I hope they get every single penny from him because they deserve it.

some what

I understand they knew OJ was beating on Nicole , why didn't they band together then
maybe because OJ paid for one of the sister's to go to college
sent business to his mother in laws travel firm and I think some how the father in law had a Hertz franchise

I also think think they had the Heisman trophy when the courts were accumulated his wealth for the settlement
I think the Goldmans just want justice

Is it such a big deal? I mean, whether or not what you all read in the tabloids is true or not, we have a young child, unaware of the huge publicity surrounding such an innocent soul.

Forget the bull, give the kid a chance. I mean, it did not choose to come on its own and the mother is gone, that only leaves, for us to find the father.

It is irrelevant if they were estranged. He died a gruesome murder and that was their son, bottom line. That ridiculous book he wanted published just magnifies the anger. It was like a slap in the face.

No, but at least they aren't a symbol of what is wrong with the criminal justice system like O.J. is.
