I am trying to move mp4 files shot with sony digi cam onto my 5th gen ipod (1.2.1). The files play in itunes 7.0.2, but when I sync to the ipod, I get the message "...video format is not supported by the ipod "name of ipod". This does not happen with mp4 movies ripped with handbrake.

I have liked this girl for 3 years. I know thats a long time but you dont know her, she is the most amazing person I have ever met and I have never cared about someone as deeply as I care about her. I screwed up in the begginning and now the closest I can ever get to her is her friend. It dosnt help that she knows that I like her. I really cant stand not being with her and it is driving me crazy. Prom is coming up soon and any positive info would be greatly appreciated.

I was born in 82' and grew up watching Soul Train every Saturday afternoon. Believe me when I say it is not as good as it was back then, but I still watch the show. Well since December, I have only seen Soul Train reruns (back in the day shows).
