Why do you call her mother or mom instead of mum or mummy?
Why are we wrong?

'Mum' is the way the English and Australians pronounce it. It's all to do with our accents. 'Mom' sounds weird coming from someone with an Australian accent... trust me I just got my boyfriend to say it out loud and laughed. (we're australian)
And no, it's not a typo. We do actually say Mum.

Lol I say Mum, but I live in New Zealand. I think it's from our accents and the way we pronouce things. I would never say Mom, it sounds so weird!

mom...even if often times we call her Suzan. yet her call is Norma, we merely desire to combine it up particularly. the two me and my brother have an particularly good bond with our mom, so we fool around alot along with her. Suzzzan! Yeah, we are weird and wonderful... and from the attractive country. ^o^
