Carrer in call center means quick money jst enough to give yourself a decent roof, decent food and loads of ciggys!!!! LOL!!

I've worked at all kinds of places before I got into call centers. But let me tell you straight up, not all call centers are alike! There are some cheap sleazy ones that try to rip people off then go out of business. Then theres legitimate companies, like cell phones, credit cards and banks where you can work customer service, collections, IT and sales. I recommend starting at one of them for your 'career'. The most lucrative dept is sales, you can make commissions. The best kind of call center is an inside sales call center for a reputable fortune 500 company, you may even need a degree to work there but if you've been working your way up in call centers you can get in, and work your way up off the phones into management even. If you're not into sales I suggest working for an IT dept, you do need a degree to make the big money though.
