Hi ive just bought a psp and i would like to know how do you import your pictures, videos and music from your computer usb cable .
to your psp its driving me nuts !!!

I currently weigh 275lbs on Sunday I weighed 287. I've been working out twice a day for 1 hour each (eliptical - moderate intensity) and then going for a 15 minute brisk walk in between. For breakfast I have a bowl of fruit, snack is usually applesauce or jello, lunch I have a big salad with either tuna or salmon and lots of vegetables, another afternoon snack of jello or applesauce and last dinner is normally brown rice w/ a lot of vegetables. I also drink 8 cups of water and take vitamins. I have hypertension so I know a lot of my intial weight loss was from losing water weight but 12lbs worth? I know people say its good to lose 1 - 3lbs a week but 12lbs in 3 days? is that okay if you're my size?

Among the 160,000 fossils due to go on display in the the National Museums of Kenya, will be the 5-foot-3 Turkana Boy, whose skeleton had been preserved in marshlands.
Dinosaur fossils and a bone from an early human ancestor, dating back 7 million years, will also be on show along with the bones of short-necked giraffes and elephants whose tusks protrude from their lower jaws.
They provide the clearest and unrivaled record yet of evolution and the origins of man, say scientists.
I did not evolve from Turkana Boy or anything like it," says Bishop Boniface Adoyo, head of Kenya's 35 evangelical denominations, which he claims have 10 million followers. "These sorts of silly views are killing our faith."
Bishop Adoyo has demanded the museum relegate the fossil collection to a back room - along with some kind of notice saying evolution is not a fact but merely one of a number of theories.
Followers of creationism believe in the literal truth of the Genesis account in the Bible that God created the world in six days. Bishop Adoyo believes the world was created 12,000 years ago, with man appearing 6,000 years later. He says each biblical day was equivalent to 1,000 Earth years.
Apparently the good Bishop is not willing to conceed that his "silly views" are not factual and are only one of evangelistic believer theories.
