Yes, and they can sour.Check to see if your filter is clean.You can wash the filter screen under hot water to remove the build up of softener.It makes the air flow better.Also check the vent and see if it needs to be cleared out.Be careful a dryer can cause fire...

I hate that!!
But really the worst thing is when your hand percieves as dry and then I whip the clothes on and dash out the door only to find that my hand lied. This waist band is damp and now I'm nice and chilly all around the middle. Arguuuuuu.

I hate that. If they are a delicate cloth I finish with line drying them. With towels that happens a bit if you don't put the setting on cotton.

yes I do, but i hate it even more when you buy something that says that can be washed by you have lo dry it on a flat surface, how the heck can you dry something like that in a one bedroom apartment?

Hold it on them for a while wear an'go...
