would you rather receive one orchid flower or a bunch of roses? i have done roses in the past and they of course love them(who doesnt like flowers) but i think orchid's are very beautiful, both are expensive so price is not really an issue to me. which would you rather have and why?

Hi folks. Was just wandering round YouTube, and came across a CNN report of families reportedly being 'persecuted' out of their towns for revealing they were atheists. Lot of statistics involved - apparently atheists are now less trusted in the US than any other minority group etc etc.

Never taking what the major news organisations say at face value, I'd like to hear from anyone who feels they've experienced Real World discrimination (not Y!A discrimination, which is fairly subjective) as a result of being openly atheist, or anyone who feels they're not able to BE openly atheist for fear of reprisal. I'm not trying to be incendiary here, just trying to gauge how far this is really a problem in the US. Thanks.

It just seems like a vicious circle. Like having "In God We Trust" on money. Someone might say it infringes on an Atheist's civil rights. But wouldn't removing it infringe on anyone who believes in a god's civil rights? It seems like this country has is crossing the line between common sense and insanity.

Any Vegas dealers, pit bosses or experienced players out there. I have a few questions about how comps are determined:

1. In Craps, is it true that only pass line bets and come bets are counted for comp purpose, where as odd bets (with zero house advantage) are not counted?

2. In Blackjack, am I going to be comped differently if I play $200 per hand as opposed to playing two hands at the same time of $100 each.

Ok My so called two friends keisha and keely took my cell phone out of my purse.and it was in the looker room at school.and when i found it to be missing i was crying and keisha said its ok ill help you look for it.later on that day the teacher found it and gave it to me.keisha called me and told me she took it with keely.and i acted like i was her friend and all then the next day me and my other friend chelsy kept hiting her in the head witha volly ball.then me and keisha were talking and argueing,and then i punched her and then we got into a fist fight and i pulled her side bangs almost out.and now i am suspended for a week do you think i was wright or wrong?

If i have cingular service can switch cards or somthing to use a sprint phone?
I really like a sanyo phone that is a sprint phone. I know certain phones you cant do thet. If not can i unlock the phone and use it with cingular service?

Then: HARDWORK = 8+1+18+4+23+15+18+11 = 98% -&- KNOWLEDGE = 11+14+15+23+12+5+4+7+5 = 96% -&- ATTITUDE = 1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5 = 100% -&- BUT:. BULLSHIT = 2+21+12+12+19+8+9+20 = 103% -&- KISSINGASS = 11+9+19+19+9+14+7+1+19+19 = 118% Therefore: One can conclude with mathematical certainty that hard work, knowledge and attitude aren't enough.
