I'm feeling pretty miserable now. I hate college. I've no friends in college and I've got another 2.5 years left. I want to drop out but then I'll be left with no qualifications and my parents aren't exactly entertaining the idea.

What's your problem ?

My job is stressing me out today... this is so far from a well oiled machine... I hate when the chain of command is weak...

Well, I won't be able to tell you what the problem is but my advice to you is, just keep going to get your education! You will regret it if you drop out, take it from someone who knows. I left school for a few years, went back but found it much harder to study once you stop. Don't worry about the people, just do your thing and the right friends will come along.

I am single and sometimes lonely. My shyness keeps from approaching people to any great extent. I pretty much isolate myself. I hope things get better for you though. I know what it is like to be alone in college. I had my parents and brother that I could call, however, it is not the same.

You need to work on your social skills, it's no use to get a qualification if you have no social skill... College teaches you though, who knows maybe in 2.5 years you might be the bell of the ball. Good luck

I have to work at a crappy job that I'm no good at and I don't enjoy so my kids can go to the school they love, where they are safe and happy. Aside from that, I am highly medicated and this makes it difficult for me to do any of the things I vaguely enjoy, like drinking too much, or reading. Aside from that, I'm pretty lucky.

My boss is an evil woman who hates females and spits on me when she talks. I work w/ people who are way older than me, so no friends at work, much like yourself. Oh, and I can't seem to find a man either. Wow, sounds really crappy huh?

I've got to work my but off (min 20 hours OT a week), just to make ends meet. Plus, I never get to sit at home and watch TV

just graduated college, got a great job and my highschool sweetheart whom im marrying within the next 3 years...my problem though as it has been my whole life is confidence. I lack it terribly, I wake up worried that my boss hates me and wants to fire me, even though thats not the case at all, i worry my girl is leaving me, even though shes devoted to me. My lack in self-confidence is breaking me inside.

FINISH COLLEGE ITS WORTH IT I PROMISE!!!!!
