I just read the list of foods that a person should avoid if he/she suffers from GERD. I just found out that 99.9% of food types is forbidden? I cannot eat chicken, fish, and baked potatato only for the rest of my life. It sounds like that everything is forbidden. From apple to eggs, to milk and even oatmeal. The list even includes salads. How can I live a healthy life if I cannot even eat healthy, nutritious food? Please I need some advise from those who actually have or had this problem. Thanks!

I'm currently a sophmore at Baylor university (ranked top 60 for business) But I dont think it's all about rankings, or school when you get the degree, moreover your work/talent etc etc.

But I want to work/live in florida after school and am throwing up the idea of transferring/finishing at nova, but* nobody gives this school it's respect, does anyone think it's a decent school?

Hypothetically, if Hillary or Obama were to get the Democratic nomination, but a Republican were to win the 2008 presidential election...

Is there a chance Democrats will NOT call Republican voters either a bigot and chauvinist (if they beat Hillary) or a bigot and racist (if they beat Obama)?

The way I see it is if either one of them gets the nomination, and they lose to a Republican, conservatives will get called names (unfairly and inaccurately). However, wouldn't the Democrats themselves be in no position to talk since they would have not voted for the other one to get the nomination? (i.e. If Hillary gets the nomination, people could unfairly and inaccurately call them racist because they failed to vote for Obama to get the nom, or vice versa.)

Yet how many will still call Republicans sexist or racist if a Republican wins the election?

Or maybe Republicans won't get called names? Thoughts?

I'm a single 45-year old American male (straight!!!) going to Bali for a weekend in March. Much of what I read is about female tourists (mainly Australian) getting hit on by local boys.

I'm staying at the Hard Rock Hotel. Will there be many female tourists in March, and is there any point in having any expectations of meeting any nice women (other than the locals)?
