you would need to specify the weight of the car to add the drag it creates on the car with that amount of HP

You'd need to either time and measure it, measure it with a GPS device, or you'd need a graph of speed vs time, and find the area under it (if I'm not forgetting my calculus COMPLETELY).

Even the 0-60 time isn't enough to say for sure. It depends on how much of that time it spends at certain speeds.

edit: Having driven a 70 hp car weighing around 1000kg (is it a 1984-86 Toyota Corolla sedan? Is it?), I can say with confidence that the answer is: a lot. It could brake in a little over 100 feet though.

my 1980 diesel rabbitt did the 1/4 mile in 22 seconds at about 61 mph and it had 48 hp so i will say 1000 ft for a lighter car with 70 bhp. hope this helps

As a guess, I would think you could go 0-60 in about 1/4 mile.

It all depends. What's the weight of the vehicle? What kind of transmission, and how many speeds? This question is normally answered in the amount of time, usually seconds.
