i need to know whats the best way to prepare some ground that hasnt been used for quite a while to turn it into a rich environment from growing veg and herbs etc. everything from digging, fertilizers, compost, drainage, soil types etc..and alot more i havent thought of ...hoping anyone with good tried and tested garden hints and pointer can advise....hoping to make a difference and grow my own produce!! many thanks

Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia, as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks.

Treasurer Peter Costello, seen as heir apparent to Howard, hinted that some radical clerics could be asked to leave the country if they did not accept that Australia was a secular state, and its laws were made by parliament. "If those are not your values, if you want a country which has Sharia law or a theocratic state, then Australia is not for you", he said on National Television.

last friday i went on a date with this guy i like from school. it went very well (although the kiss(es) needed some work) so today i wasn't sure how he'd react. we talked a little this morning but by mid-afternoon, it had just become awkward. i want to date him on a regular basis (not as in bf/gf) but not exactly in an open relationship. how can i tell him my true feelings? should i ask him on another date? i've been told since i initated it, the ball is in his court. but then again, he could be afraid of me as i am of him.

I am putting 3" wide baseboards along my living room, dining room, and around the base of built in cabinets. Can anyone tell me the rule for measuing the miter on outside corners and inside corners?

I want to get it perfect as I have just about exactly the amount of baseboard that is required and hope I don't have to buy any extra.
