I had a vehicle with a balloon note, set up like a lease. I turned it in and now they are wanting me to sign a BLANK power of attorney form or they will say it was a voluntary repossession!

The co-borrower filed bankruptcy so they cannot get in touch with her, but the main question is WHY power of attorney and why are they threatening to damage my credit?

Well here is my story. I have three children and my son who is youngest is in Kindergarden. He has always caught on quicker than my older children and is pretty smart in my opinion. When he was 1.5 years old he would tell you all about his day in full sentences. He has been skateboarding since he was about 2 years old. I NEVER EVER thought he was a slow learner. Like I said he learns quicker than my older children and they both get A & B's. Well his kindergarden teacher wants to fail him and she is trying to say he had a LD. She sends home a checklist of homework for every two weeks of nightly assisgnments like write "eat" five times. I think she is just being lazy. She said the other kids are reading 3-4 word sentences and writing in their journals? THEY ARE 5 YEARS OLD. I have a meeting with the school tomorrow, where they are going to tell me either I consent to LD testing or they are going to hold him back. Help!! Any advice out there?

It seems that when there is mutual attraction and a fellow ASKS for my phone number (even enters it in the cell) I never hear from him again. Why bother to ask? Also is there an unwritten rule about how long to wait if one really intends to call? I haven't dated in years and don't readily give out my number. Just curious how many people were surprised to see Peyton win the big game. I know that the news casters felt that Peyton could not do it.

As a Tennessee Vols Fan, I had to pull for the former Vol. I was very happy for him in winning not just the big game, but the biggest game of all. Hope to see him there many more times in his carreer.

He is one of the few players you see that is not getting in trouble, not wasting his money on things he does not need and represents his family, friends, past coaches and fans better than any player I can think of.

So the question? Who was surprised he won the big game? Why?

I have half of an acorn squash that has been seeded and hollowed out. I was thinking of stuffing it with wild rice, raisins, and almonds. Should I bake the squash first and in the meantime make the rice on the stove and then fill it in when everything is done? Not sure how to orchestrate this.

I'm open to other ideas of what to fill it with.

I have been using Differn Cream for my mild acne on my face, and it only seems to be getting worse. I have way more pimples than I did to begin with, and I Moisturize constantly, but my usually very oily complexion is flaky and red. I have been using Differn for 8 months and I want to know if it has taken anyone else a very long time to see results? Also, I have thought about not using Differn anymore and trying to Proactiv. Any help? My skin is really not that bad and was only getting medicine for my chin area, but now I have pimples everywhere else! So I am not sure if the Differin is too strong or not strong enough? And if Proactiv really works, I am getting desperate. Please Help! thank you!
