Yes it is about a boy that is killed by a gang with allot of fast cars.
So that the leader of the gang Patrick can have his girlfriend.
The boy gets a second chance to right the wrong and comes back to earth with a souped up car and races all the gang members and causes them to die while he is trying to get his girlfriend back.
His brother works at the local drive in as a cook and he gets the turbo interceptor at the end of the movie and also figures out that he was his brother.
The boys name is Jake and the girl is Carrie, there is also skank and gutter boy they are funny.
Then there is lug-head who fixes the cars.
He is the only one that survives.
Then you have the sheriff Loomis.
I would say the stars of the movie are Charlie Sheen and Randy Quaid aka Jake and the sheriff.

Yeah, it's a pretty cool flick with Charlie Sheen......I loved Skank and Gutterboy.......bunch of psychos!! Some good race scenes.
