just a question im 32 weeks pregnant and so excited but for all you parents just because im having a boy will the baby look more like his father

my husband and i have 4 children (#5 due any day) one girl looks just like him, one girl looks like my sister, my son looks like me, our youngest daughter is like the perfect blend of the 2 of us....dont know who the little guy is gonna look like guess ill know soon

Not necessarily; my son looks a lot like me (I'm the mom), but certainly he has a lot of his father's behavior, particularly in terms of the way he moves. My son has my facial features to a large degree, and definitely has my skin and hair; if I had to pick out one person in the family he resembles most, however, it would be my maternal grandfather (as well as several cousins who also share the resemblance). Size-wise, he's very much like his FATHER's maternal grandfather, who was a REALLY big guy - six feet four inches back in the early 1900s, when most men were a lot shorter.
It's all the luck of the genetic draw - just like Forrest's box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get, but you'll love him no matter what ;-)

i just had my son 2 months ago and everyone said that he looks exactly like me (only a boy) the only thing that he got from my b-f is the blue eyes (mine are brown)
my best friend's son -who is now 3- is a spitting image of his father so i guess it can go either way
congrats and god luck!!!!
btw if this is your first boy when your changing a diaper make sure that if something is starting to pop up that you cover it right away so you don't get a shower : )

Not necessarily,I have a boy and at 5 and half months he is identical to me,my husband also has a 9 year old boy from a previous marriage and he looks identical to his mom!

Not necessarily. I have a 2 year old son, and he looks just like me. Cute little bugger :P He does have a few of his father's features, mostly the height and he's skinny as all heck (which makes me happy, I was worried he'd only grow to be 5'1 like me, lol) but yeah. Mainly he looks like me.

Not always. I have a little boy and I even got one of those new d ultrasounds and 5 months. He looked JUST like his dad. When he was born he had NO traits of his daddy but the hair color. Besides that he looked EXACTLY like me!

Not necessarily. My daughter is the spitting image of her father when he was that age. The only thing she got from me was her eye color it seems and even then her eyes are just a blue version of his.

No, my son came out looking just like me to the T...then as time progressed he started looking more and more like his father *he is now 17 months*..My daughter who is a girl *u would think she would come out looking just like me* came out looking just like her daddy,I mean they looked like twins...My brothers in my family all 3 of them look just like my mom and nothing like my dad..So, u just have to wait and see but u never know =)

My brother has two girls who are clones of him, and a baby boy who looks nothing like him, and favors my sister-in-law. So, not necessarily.
