The United States and China are examples of World Power states (countries), because we/they have the ability to coerce or manipulate the world with military and economic force.
Any country that has the ability to conduct a successful military campaign against (any) another country or manipulate economic balance is a world power.

An example of World Power would be the United States. ANyone with nuclear Capabilities can be a world power, or with a significant sized Army such as China

We where just talking about this today in economics. Like what all them guys said such countries like the United States and China would be known as a world power because of their financial resources or technology advances. But america is declining for some reason and china and india are expected to be the superpowers of the future. Don't ask why but that's what we where told lmao x ( hope this helped;))
