if you wear minus lenses for distance vision(lets say -3.00) and you wear plus lenses of the same power over the minus lenses (lets say you wear a plus power of +3.00 over a minus lens of -3.00), will that give you the vision you currently have without any lenses at all?

My best friend is going through the roughest time of her life.Her life just crashes down on her all of a sudden. As a resolution, she would cut herself everyday and cry. Besides that, she has lost interest in a lot of things, such as writing, and she has lost appetite. She tells me that she has only been eating lunch as the only meal of the day. I feel so bad for her. I've been talking to her and because of that, we've become the best of friends. I have told her that we need to find an adult for help but she is scared. I need some tips on how to help her without getting a professionals help please. This problem is getting worse as each hour passes by. I love her, and I need anyone out there to help me with this, as soon as possible, please. thank you oh so very much if u decide to help me out.

me and my husband were "doing it" this morning. and he asked me if they could smell the what we were doing. and that got me thinking..do they?
i think one of then, they are both females was watching us...
i dont like to kick them outa the room, i feel bad cause they just stand by the door and wait til the door opens.
this morning i was so caught up in my husband that i not realize that she was on the bed, usually they just go under the bed. i noticed til we were done. once i caught the same one licking on one of my undies, on the crotch part. i also cannot leave the bathroom door open cause next thing i know she is going thru the dirty toilet paper, and ripping it. she has done this with my used sanitary napkins, and sweaty sports bra....whats up with her?

Well, heres the deal... ever since 5th grade my best friend and I (been best friends since we were 8) always did the science fair together. We made a promise that we would always do it together. Well, now I'm in 8th grade and last year she found a a new best freind and so did I. But still last year we did it together with her new best friend. (Her best friend is really nice. And she's also my best friend now.) Anyway, this year something changed between us, and we just don't talk anymore its strange.

So, my other best friend asked me to do the science fair with her,and I said yes. Except, my other friend told me that Briana (best friend since 8) wants to do it with me again and her friend. I don't want to do it with them, because I sort of felt left out. But I can't tell her that I felt left out, it will just make things more awkward between us.

How can I tell her that I don't want to do the science fair with her? Plz I really need help!

I was wondering if you had spent several yrs./over a decade within a marriage and the only time you socialized was during holidays w/family members, hardly ever spent time w/one another (even tho you'd requested it a bunch, but just "okay'd"--nothin happened productively..ect)
SO---------did you decide to start joining a church for spiritual development, socializing more and it helped you w/fulfillment and happiness??
My husband will not go to church w/me. he keeps saying he will, but doesn't for some reason I feel guilty for going w/my friend even tho it helps me and fulfills me. INstead he says "he says he's keeping an eye on me, because I'm pretty and will get attention from other men." I am so FED UP w/this guy I married

For an example, they'll say,"Oh, hey wanna hang out?" And then 3 hours later, you go up and say hi, and he says,"Leave me alone!" So you leave him alone, and then he comes up to you and says,"Today is such a happy day!" Why do they change their minds about how they feel every 3 seconds? my question is! i do not sweat as much as i use to. if anything i am training harder and more than last week. so is that my has become tolerant to exercising or is getting use to it and adjusting? what shall i do.

i go to the gym 5 times a week, each session i do about 60-70 mins of cardio!

I am military and live over in Germany. I am trying to get into a website, but because it knows that I am outside the united states, it won't let me in. This web site only deals with Americans, so if an ISP in outside the US it just doesn't allow access to the site. Is there a backdoor I can go through or something since I am american, just living overseas. I really need to be able to get to this site. Thanks for all your help.
