Bosh is better. Randolph only gets you rebounds and points. However, Randolph is a better outside shooter. Also Randolph is consistently undervalued in fantasy drafts, where Bosh is a bit overrated. You can get Randolph in the 4th-5th round, where Bosh is now a 1st-2nd round pick. And in all honesty, Bosh isn't that much better than Randolph to explain why this is.
It's also worth noting that Randolph is more combustible and has been cited for attitude problems. Overall Portland is a bit of a ticking time bomb. Bosh isn't a thug, and Toronto has a lot more upside. I also like TJ Ford being a pass first type of point guard, so he's going to make Bosh look even better.
To sum, Bosh is better, has more upside potential, and is less of a risk. To add, Bosh's divisional competition is weaker too. Randolph is a better fantasy value and better overall shooter. However, taking on Randolph is more of a risk. Also, his numbers for this year are a bit inflated due to Brandon Roy's injuries. I don't expect Randolph to improve number-wise for the remainder of the season (even though he's been sterling as of late w/ Roy in the lineup).

Bosh. Hes overall just a better player, offensively and defensively. Bosh also has a much better attitude towards the game.

bosh. bosh has a defensive game (blks and stls) and also dishes more than zach. Zach could be counted on for a few more rebounds probably, but overall bosh will give you much more than zach. ZBo gives you good %'s, rebounds and scoring, bosh gives you the same plus more assts and more blks and stls.

Bosh is way better. bosh is the best young power forward in the game.(i consider D. howard a center.)

both are great, but i drafted randolph and hes been a huge part of my team being in first
randolph is more of a scorer and bosh more of a rebounder, but overall i'd still take randolph. hes averaging 24 points, 10 rebounds...whats not to like?

Bosh because he rebounds better, runs the floor better, shoots better, n defensely he is way better than randolph....randolph needs to get in better shape
