my question is! i do not sweat as much as i use to. if anything i am training harder and more than last week. so is that my has become tolerant to exercising or is getting use to it and adjusting? what shall i do.

i go to the gym 5 times a week, each session i do about 60-70 mins of cardio!

Keep it up!! It sounds like you have a good program going. Your body is likely adjusting to the workout, but perspiration is affected by several other factors as well, including ambient temperature, your hydration level, etc

Just don't strain anything, & stay plenty hydrated!!
