I had some work on my property 4 yrs ago i paid one off through financing and the other had a second mortgage on it I refinced to pay it off than the contractor thad did the work said i did not pay for some work because the company overlooked and didnot charge mefor the work and did not notify me about it i had to find out when i applied for a refinance that the lien was on my property can anyone help me i think the man is trying too pull a fast one when i refinace again he was paid again i could not close until he got paid

The food company is one of the largest in the continent while the holding company is 1/5th its size. Consider all other factors the same. Which company should I pursue? The brand name of the food company is much better than the unknown holding company. I like to pursue any industry.

I dont want anyone to see my pictures, I want it to be password protected. Is this possible? And Im not talking about different users. I have company coming, I know that they will want to "hangout" on my computer and i dont want them to log in as a guest, they will be logged in as me, I just have pics I dont want them to see. :)

I'm looking for a credit card. I don't want one that will start me with a low interest rate and then automatically jump it to a high rate just so that they can get money off of me, even if I am paying the balances. I have an example in my book, but I don't understand how they got the answer.
6x^5(x^2 + 2)^2 - 4x^3(x^2 +2)^3 this is the numerator.
The denominator is x^8.
Then it shows that it is worked out to this:
Numerator is 2x^3(x^2 +2)^2[3x^2 - 2(x^2 + 2)]
denominator is still x^8.
I do not understand how they get the 2x^3 and where the 6x^5 is. Please explain. The final answer to the problem is
numerator is 2(x^2 +2)^2(x-2)(x+2)
denominator is x^5
Please just explain to me this problem.
