i need to write the plot of this stoy i am going to write. i am thinking about making my story about this girl who was really happy but then she found out she had to move one day and became really depressed. anybody have any other ideas what i could add? what about ideas for the setting (where and when)?

Also, any ideas about what i could put for they physical appearance of this person? any name ideas for this girl? what about her relationship to others? her actions (gestures and facial expressions)? quotes or dialogue she would say? her behavior?

Okay So i going to say as much information as possible.
I have been feeling like i have a bladder infection for 4 months.[i have all the syptoms except the blood in the urine] i have social anxiety so i dont even go out side. well aweek ago i finally got enough courage to go to the hospital. they tested my pee and said i was clear. they gave me medication just incase. its the last day of my medication and i still feel like i have one. it hurt so bad that somtimes i just wish i would die. someone please help!! what could this be?
