do 1 part of your body a day

3-4 times a week is sufficient so you'll cover chest, arms, legs and back/shoulders

and take a day for swimming to smoothed it out

you'll see results in 2 months

Abs!! now and again p.c.. can look like weird and wonderful variations of breasts.... Biceps! yet not too massive. i do not extremely see whats pleasing about again Neither. Legs should not be very muscular, yet when I had to p.c.., i ought to say legs

If you did your arms today, you should do your chest amd arms tomorrow. That includes the shoulder.
