I have noticed in most restaurants water (still and sparkling) is served in glass and not plastic bottles. Just wondering why is that? Any economic or environmental issues invloved?

My mum went on the no carbs diet and lost heaps of weight.

I have recently had huge lifestyle changes and have gone up a dress size.
This has really confused me because althought the lifestyle changes, I haven't suddenly started eating unhealthily, but I do eat a lot more carbs. Infact, I had thought that I was eating healthier. Less chocolate, no alcohol I could go on.

I do eat lots of bread and pasta and such like.

Someone help me understand please.

I have a dodge strauss and it has alot of miles on it.. I do take care of it. I Do oil changes and all that stuff.. I have had it for 3 yrs and use it for work everyday....it has over 76999 miles on it.. Is that alot? Should I be looking for another car? I cant afford a new one and my car is really only worth about 1000.00 I really dont know what to do...I just put a 1000.000 dollers into it..I am a single parent and really dont have alot of money.. any ideas? Everythime I go to a mechanic I feel I might me getting ripped off. How do I protect myself.? Is there a place where I could sell my car and use it to buy another car....

I have scoliosis and i was wondering if anyone was pregnant or has delivered if you could share some stories...My husband and i are trying to concieve, but i'm scared about the delivery...Has anyone with scoliosis had an epidural, i'm afraid of that because i just dont want anyone near my spine with a needle, also what other pain relief medication can you get instead of just natural childbirth...And i'm also concerned about the back pain, how bad it was, cause i deal with back pain on and off anyway...I'm just looking for personal stories, everyone says talk it over with your doctor, but i'm just looking for some personal experiences/insights...Thank you in advance...
