This serious problem even i know other like India country has problem.Prove also that in japan eyery night that has rape case and also a lot of girl been threaten or bully in school. Can said there is no single high school student that is 100% virgin girls so this japan is like American life style already.

everybody over 23 who is still a Virgin has a problem. agreed. lol.
I just have that feeling, that you are referring to a differend kind of problem. But then, I dont get what the problem is, when somebody at age 23 is not a virgin.
I see a problem, when a 12 years old gilr alreayd had sex, now well, thats unusual.
Another thing I dont get is, how the hell you put a 12 year old in the same category as a 23 year old ??

How did you come by this realization today, did you make a survey, if so, how large was the population you surveyed, and how did you obtain your results.
for example - one 17 years old girl who is not a virgin is insufficient data, even if you obtained your results directly from the subject of the survey.
