I signed through POA while she was sick in europe, but I regret not doing a lot of my own research. The house could have been priced 150,000 higher than it was. The price we got is ridiculous and I started to get a bad feeling when the offers came in very quickly, but the agents were very rude everytime I suggested we could get more. This was my first time working with an agent and I feel I was taken advantage of in order for them to make a quick sale.

Twice in the past 2 weeks I have walked by my neighbor's house and he is sitting in front of his window with the blinds all the way open, completely naked, playing with himself. He is an adult male, not a kid.

My first reaction is just to look away, but then he faces a busy street, and maybe he just likes the thrill, but I'm worried about children walking by, or a school bus, or something.

Should I just ignore it? Or do I have some sort of responsibility to report it, or say something?

I would rather just ignore it but I worry that maybe he's a serious weirdo.

The house I grew up in always had some paranormal activity going on. One afternoon (I might have been 17 or 18 at the time) in broad daylight I stopped on the stairs to see a shadow figure's silhouette that was somewhat hunched over similar to Bigfoot or a werewolf or something along those lines. Not sure how else to describe the profile. It looked like very slightly human but it was much more animal like. It glided through the living room from the kitchen as if on a track and as soon as it got to a certain point in the room, it came through again, like a film on loop. Happened about 3 times then quit. I was watching it straight on, not out of the corner of my eye. No one else saw it, and even if they did, they'd never believe me. It didn't seem predatory but I remember being chilled while watching it. I have only ever anything like that the one time. It was slow motion but yet there was no time lost.

I have zebra finches and the box of grit says put a tablespoon in a separate dish. As far as I know they never touch it. I've also tried mixing it with their food but it's always left when the food is gone. They seem fine and healthy so do they really need grit?

I have an addiction to something (it isn't anyhting like drugs)
I am a Christian and I have given this to God many times before and I just keep going back to what I was doing before.

An atheist was walking through the woods one day, admiring all that evolution had created.

"What majestic trees! What a powerful river! What beautiful animals!", he said to himself.

As he was walking beside a river, he heard a rustling in the bushes. Turning to look, he saw an 8-foot grizzly bear beginning to charge toward him.

He ran as fast as he could down the path. He looked over his shoulder and saw that the bear was closing rapidly.

Somehow, he ran even faster, so scared that tears came to his eyes. He looked again and the bear was even closer. His heart pounding in his chest, he tried to run even faster.

But alas, he tripped and fell to the ground. As he rolled over to pick himself up, the bear was right over him, reaching for him with its left paw and raising its right paw to strike him.

"OH MY GOD! ..." Time stopped. The bear froze. The forest was silent. Even the river stopped moving ...

As a brilliant light shone upon the man, a thunderous voice came from all around, "You Deny My Existence For All These Years, Teach Others That I Do Not Exist; And Even Credit Creation To Some Cosmic Accident. Do You Expect Me To Help You Out Of This Predicament? Am I To Count You As A Believer???"

Difficult as it was, the atheist looked directly into the light and said, "It would be hypocritical to ask to be a Christian after all these years, but perhaps you could make the bear a Christian?"

"Very Well," said The Voice. The light went out. The river ran. The sounds of the forest resumed.
