The house I grew up in always had some paranormal activity going on. One afternoon (I might have been 17 or 18 at the time) in broad daylight I stopped on the stairs to see a shadow figure's silhouette that was somewhat hunched over similar to Bigfoot or a werewolf or something along those lines. Not sure how else to describe the profile. It looked like very slightly human but it was much more animal like. It glided through the living room from the kitchen as if on a track and as soon as it got to a certain point in the room, it came through again, like a film on loop. Happened about 3 times then quit. I was watching it straight on, not out of the corner of my eye. No one else saw it, and even if they did, they'd never believe me. It didn't seem predatory but I remember being chilled while watching it. I have only ever anything like that the one time. It was slow motion but yet there was no time lost.

Shape aside, the fact that it loops seems to point to a shade trapped in the house, reliving the same events over and over again. This sort of phenomenon is common at battlefields, where the battle will occasionally 'replay' itself.

Parapsychologists generally don't consider this an actual haunting by a ghost, but more of an 'echo' of the events that took place, an echo that gets imprinted on the house because of the intensity of the psychic energy the events brought up.

I'd suggest you contact a good psychic to clear the place for you. Try finding one at:

I've had some similar "visions" when I was over-tired/half asleep or was fasting for a few days.Maybe it was just a test of the emergency broadcasting system in your brain.

shadow person maybe, but the first post makes sense as far as the repeated activity. i'd check into finding a pro who can help figure out what it's doing there and maybe help to scoot it along..
