Yes I would. I will take the money and then lead the police to where he is. Two reasons:
1. Up to now all attempts to hunt him and gun him down have appallingly failled. This would be a God's sent opportunity to arrest him.
2. By taking his money, I will substantially deprive him and his killers of major resouces which they use for terror.
I will use the money for charity.

A million bucks? Certainly. I would hide him in my bed and sleep elsewhere. God knows how many million Bush pumped into him when he was fighting Russians in Afghanistan. When I got the million, I would ask Bush how much his head is worth. What? Dude, you gotta live....

Well money has never been something to make do anything for! But in this situation I think I would, I would hide him, he would be under my control he would need me and I could torture him AND he would have paid me to do it! Let him get a taste of his own sick doings! It could be worth the downfall in the end!

I don't think so. I mean, if I DON'T hide him I still get like $25 million or something for reporting him, which is already enough to let me live in relative comfort for the rest of my life.

Yes! I would hide him in my fall-out shelter,it's stock to the hilt with plenty of food,and I can keep him supplied for decades with the 1 Billion dollars.It's got everything you need,Bathroom,with a shower,no tub but,refrigerator,cable TV,stove,heater,all the comforts of home and it's dry not damp like a cave.
