ok I have fair skin with rosy cheeks, green eyes and my natural hair colour is sort of ash dark brown, a bit mousy tho
I ve heard reds r not a great idea cos i have rosy hinst in my face but goldenish shades would enhance my green eyes. But ive also heard i've got a coolcomplexion so i should go for ash shades..help!

Was just reading about the Senate capping tax-deferred executive compensation at $1 million to pay for the new round of handouts to businesses, and came up with an interesting concept.

It would seem to me that any business- big, small, incorporated or independent- at which an owner, executive or board member receives a compensation or severance package that exceeds $1 million is in no need of any additional tax breaks. Certainly, any business in this category that claims they'll have to cut jobs if the minimum wage is increased is lying; either they're swimming in cash or the executives are getting ready to bail out. Any additional tax breaks will not see their way to creating any more positions or increasing the base salary level; they'll just be funneled to those that are already millionaires. Why not pass legislation that, in addition to the proposal to cap tax-deferred earnings, would exclude any business that fits into this category from any additional tax relief or handouts?

I was really looking forward to a position in the company. I was even told they are considering me. I went on vacation then, and when I got back, they had already given the position to someone else. I am distressed. I no longer feel for this company. I feel betrayed. Shd I give them the real reason for resigning? I am at work, and I don't even feel like being here anymore. Suggestions please? my sister and her boy-friend was fighting few days ago. cause my sister found out his cell phone with number that she don't know who. i was help her and i call that number myself...guess what?..it's sex phone.. my sister was so SHOCKED!... and mad at her b/f..i told her that her b/f told my sister he didnt call.. his friend did call them. i was kept telling my sister..listen... he is bullshit! he did call them. i know trust me.. my sister was all confused. then they fight then he came over to my house and told her sorry. then later next day he finaly admit to my sister he did called them cause he and my sister were fight then he call sex phone. i was like see?.. he need grow up.. then my sister wanna know if its cheat sex phone? he just listen sex phone's message thats it..he dont talk to her... but my sister give him last chance... ever u guys are fighting with your relationship then u do something bad? like call sex or talk ex or wutever?.. i no get it y guy call sex?..its fake....

You know it really angers me at the number of teens that are intentionally trying to get pregnant by either tricking a guy into it, or just being selfish and thinking a baby would be fun and not thinking of how much of a responsibility it is to raise a child. I mean look at all of the couples who would love to have a child and then you see all of these irresponsible young teen-aged and even pre teen-aged girls getting pregnant because of entrapment or negligence. This really disturbs me because I don't think that people who are having kids for all the wrong reasons should be blessed like they are and the people who do deserve a child can't have one. Ugh this really does annoy the hell out of me

How hard is it to switch from using a PC for the past, lets say 10 years to a MAC? I have never used a MAC before, I have always been interested in using one, but just didn't want to bother with the unfamiliaralities of the hardware and software. So I guess my question is, how are the two products alike, what are the major differences and is it easy to switch over?

Just so you know I mainly use my computer for photo and video editing and the "internet".

I just started working for a large financial firm 3 months ago and hit my quarterly bonus which was about 1/4 of my total salary.

My company is going to withhold this money from me because I was still in the probationary employment period (90 days) when I achieved this bonus.

Should that matter or is it even legal?

The point is that I hit all my sales numbers and deserve this bonus. What should I do? I am very angry about all of this.
