1)From day one imagine to become Chief Executive of your Organisation.
e.g. DhiruBhai Ambani dreamed to become No.1 Industrialist in India and he achieved it.
Our President of India Dr.A.K.AbdulKalam is telling students to have a big and noble dream and work hard to achieve it.
IMAGINE at least to become a General Manager of an Organisation.THIS IS CALLED GOAL SETTING.
2)Watch and closely observe your superiors/role models( assume one of them as your role model) and adopt their techniques to climb up the ladder.
3) Detemine and decide to give the best performance possible in your work /profession and you are sure to reach the summit/pinnacle of success.
4) Learn everything technical,processes,procedures etc and be an encyclopedia for others,so that there is always a big demand for your service
5)Give more importance to Inter-personal relationship and get the maximum co-operation from others in carrying out the assigned job in time with quality standards.
6) Have a check list of activities,prioritise them,liquidate them.
7)Maintain a diary of events along with details for future reference.
8)Develop leadership qualities and make use of it for personal growth and also for achieving Organisational goals.
9)Be friendly but also maintain a distance to get things done
10) Use humour as a binder to build good relationship,be USER FRIENDLY .

Step 2: Listen to them while you're driving.

Step 3: Try to find common themes in all of them (the honest truth is that each one is about 40% crap, so the only real way to improve your personality is by finding out which suggestions are common to all the tapes).

Step 4: When you've listened to all the tapes, go get some more. Each year the field of personality enhancement becomes more precise and accurate, so you'll want to keep updating your knowledge.

Step 5: Make sure you’re applying what you hear in real life. Your concept of what is appropriate and inappropriate in social situations will change as you listen to more tapes, but you need to make sure that what you hear on the tapes is translated into real life actions. Otherwise you’re just being entertained (or bored) rather than enhanced :P
