Cuz I went on my first an only date a month ago at age 20 and the girl just kinda lost interest in me because I guess I had no idea what the hell I was doing.

Ya man, if you dont have confidence your never gonna get women to want to be with you. If you have confidence and can make em laugh then you got something going for yourself, otherwise you get labled a boring "nice guy" and all a girl will want out of you is a friendship.

You need to work on your self confidence. A guy without confidence is not attractive. Perhaps you should go out with friends and just start practicing flirting without setting up a date to work on feeling better around single women.
